For patients
You booked with a clinic. Here is what happens next.
You do not need an account or an app. You picked a time on your clinic's page, we sent a code to your phone, and you typed it back. That is all.
You get an SMS
It has the clinic, the date, the time and your confirmation code. Keep it — that code is how you change anything later.
Only the clinic sees your details
Your name and number go to the clinic you booked with. No other clinic can see them.
If you cannot make it, cancel
It frees the slot for someone else, and the clinic is not waiting for you.
Change or cancel your appointment
Go to your clinic's booking page — the link in your SMS — and open Manage my appointment. You will be asked for two things.
